Shipping

Toino Abel ships worldwide and offers free domestic shipping and affordable standard shipping to most destinations. All items are ready to be shipped within 1 to 2 working days - unless mention "made to order" on the article description.

Shipping options are calculated at checkout once you add your destination.

Regardless of shipping type, all orders have a traceable sendings number. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a fulfillment message with a tracking number and courier company.

We recommend that you use your work address and add your mobile phone number.

Whenever available we use “Go Green” to offset carbon emissions.

Kindly note that delivery to remote or rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Taxes and duties

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Outside Europe: no case related to extra customs charging have been reported.

Important information

All orders are fully traceable. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All orders are shipped with DPD or DHL and requires a signature upon delivery. DPD and DHL usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).

Insurance

Toino Abel insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Toino Abel.
