Return

If you are unhappy with your bag you can return it within 30 days.

All returned bags must be returned in perfect conditions, with all pieces included, merchandising and invoice. Return shipping is paid by the buyer (unless the bag was shipped defective). Bags with signs of use are not accepted. Download here our return address.

Upon receipt and verification, the purchase value (including shipping costs) will be promptly returned to you. This process usually takes less than 1 week.

If the bag was shipped defective please enter in contact with us.

Overseas (only) returns must explicitly specify RETURN on the packaging with a copy of your invoice outside the packaging and Toino Abel’s Return Address guide.

Exchange

Toino Abel does not accept exchanges. If you want to exchange your item by another, please return and place a new order.
